29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables were used where attached to building surfaces: On or about May 15, 2023, in Department #7 Screw Machine Area between the exit door and bay door, a green 16(AWG) extension cord plugged into a 4-outlet electrical receptacle box was being used as permanent wiring and attached to the building surface. The extension cord was run up to the top of the ceiling where it was connected into another junction box exposing employees to electrical hazards.
