29 CFR 1910.119(f)(1)(iv): The employer's written operating procedures did not address requirements for the safety systems and their functions: a)At the fumigant filling areas, on or about December 8, 2010 and at times prior to the operating procedures did not include information about the safety systems including the pressure relief valves that were installed on the nitrogen system and the air compressor, the weight controller automatic overfill system, as well as the local exhaust ventilation system, resulting in fire and chemical hazards.
