29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(5): An adequate number of lavatory facilities which comply with 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(1) and(d)(2) were not provided for employee(s) exposed to lead: On or about August 19, 2022, employees who had cleaned the lead pot removed their contaminated protective suits, gloves and respirators in the adjacent boiler room that was not provided with hot water.
