29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about August 5, 2019, portable fire extinguishers were stored on the floor and/or blocked when mounted in the workplace as follows: a. In Fab 1 shop on both the east and west walls by equipment and materials such as, but not limited to welders, dollies, trash cans, extension cords, pieces of metal and wood, and compressed gas cylinders. b. In Fab 2 shop by equipment and materials such as welding electrodes, extension cords, and pieces of metal pipe.
