29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) On or about October 4-25, 2013, at the Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center worksite, employee F was exposed to lead while performing manual scraping, including removing lead paint from the interior walls and ceilings of buildings, sweeping lead paint debris, and using tools to scrape lead paint from doors, door frames, and handrails, exterior windows in buildings, including but not limited to Buildings 3, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 35, and 85.
