29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(ii): Employees shall be informed of any operations in their work area where hazardous chemicals are present: At a facility located at 207 N. Mill Street, Saukville, WI 53080; the employer did not inform employees of operations in their work areas where hazardous chemicals were present when: a) Furnace Operator and Spinner Operator employees were exposed to chromium (VI) in their work areas while melting, pouring and centrifugally casting stainless steel alloys. b) Spinner Operators employees were exposed to lead in their work areas while pouring and centrifugally casting alloys containing lead.
