29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There existed damaged parts that could have adversely affected the safe operation or mechanical strength of electrical equipment, such as parts that are broken or bent: On or about May 15, 2023, in Department #7 (Screw Machine Building), the Bowden Liquid Turbocharger Parts Washing System Control Box panel was missing the emergency stop button leaving an open hole on the control box which could potentially cause corrosion, reduce the insulation capability of wires and lead to short-circuits exposing employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
