29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: COMPANY-WIDE: On or about July 10, 2014, the employer had not implemented and maintained a written hazard communication program for employees who were exposed to hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to: flammable solvents, irritating mastic, and fumes from welding galvanized and stainless steel. The company was previously cited for a violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard which was contained in inspection number 311763981, citation number 1, item 8, issued on November 4, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 607 Bantam Road, Bantam, CT. The final order date was December 15, 2009.
