29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. a) At the jobsite: Employees working on a fabricated frame scaffold were not trained by a person qualified to recognize, control, or minimize hazards associated with fabricated frame scaffolding. Noted on or about 03/13/14. Latino Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314235888, citation number 1, item number 6(b) and was affirmed as a final order on 12/23/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1611 W. Montgomery Ave., Philadelphia PA 19121.
