29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not ensure that each employee can demonstrate knowledge of at least the items listed in (i) through (iv) of this section: (a) Gold Plane Custom Cabinets, LLC, 11170 Irma Drice, Northglenn, CO 80233: On and before June 13, 2013, the employer did not ensure that employees who are required to wear 3M tight-fitting, half mask respirators were trained in the items listed in this section. This condition potentially exposes employees to organic vapors resulting from poor respirator use, storage, and maintenance.
