29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: (a) 593 Park Ave, Paint Shop: Paint Storage Room: On or about May 30, 2013, a covered rectangular pan reported to contain methyl ethyl ketone, a flammable chemical, was not identified with its contents contained therein. (b) 603 New Park Ave, Main line, Tank M34: On or about May 30, 2013, a dip tank on the main line, reported to contain Black Dye (Black anodize), which contains trivalent chromium and is a skin irritant, was not identified with its contents contained therein. The Har-Conn Chrome Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311783799, Citation Number 1, Item Number 14 and was affirmed as final order on May 25, 2010, with respect to a workplace located in West Hartford, Connecticut.
