Labor and Employment Article, Section 5-104(a): The employer did not furnish emp loyment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely t o cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a)Date of Violation:04/24/ 13 Location:2nd Floor of House, 121 Briarwood Circle Condition:Employees were ex posed to the hazard being crushed/struck by collapsing roof trusses due to inade quate bracing techniques. (b)Date of Violation:On or About 04/23/13 Location:2nd Floor of House, 202 Briarwood Circle Condition:Employees were exposed to the ha zard being crushed/struck by collapsing roof trusses due to inadequate bracing t echniques. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct th is hazard is to install bracing in accordance with the Wood Truss Council of Ame rica recommendations per BCSI-B2. That prior to the date of issuance hereof, Jairo Ramirez Rubio dba Rubio Framing Violated the standard, regulation, or section of the MOSH Act cited herein, for which the following citations(s) was/were issued and became final: 1. Item No. 2, Citation No. 1 of Case No. C7068-022-13, issued on 01/14/2013, resulting from an inspection at 101 Brooke Lane, Centreville, MD 21617, and became final on 02 /12/2013. Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs, tr aining certification, tc.) is required for this item.
