29 CFR 1926.602(d): The employer did not ensure that each employee operating a powered industrial vehicle had been trained and evaluated as required by paragraph 29 CFR 1910.178(l). a.) Rentz Farm Supply jobsite - On or about July 2, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that, each employee operating the JLG telehandler forklift (Model 6042, Serial number 0160060527) had not been trained and evaluated in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1) - 1910.178(l)(3). b.) Rentz Farm Supply jobsite - On or about July 2, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that, each employee operating the JLG telehandler forklift (Model 6042, Serial number 0160060527) who had previously been certified had not been re-evaluated every 3 years in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(iii).
