29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): (a) Sawmill - On or about February 2, 2022, the employer did not certify that employees operating powered industrial trucks had been trained and evaluated exposing employees to struck-by hazards. The Jefferson County Timber, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(I)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1438670, citation number 1, item number 12 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/26/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 210 Industrial Park Rd., Fayette, MS 39069
