29 CFR 1910.217(g)(1): The employer did not, within 30 days of the occurrence, report to either the Director of the Directorate of Safety Standards Programs, OSHA, U.S. Department of Labor, Washington, D.C. 20210, or the State agency administering a plan approved by the Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health, all point of operation injuries to operators or other employees: a) On or about 10/06/2021 at Niagara Fiberboard, Inc; where an injury, related to the point of operation, on a Niagara M45 mechanical power press (serial no. 43556).
