29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) At the storage area, on or about 10/24/2019: An outlet box for the washing machine was pulled from the wall and hanging by wires. b) At the dry mix area on or about 10/24/2019: The motor control center for equipment at the dry mix area had a damaged main switch, which was bypassed with vice grip pliers.
