29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: ESTABLISHMENT: The unused openings in electrical panel circuit breaker boxes at the following locations were not effectively closed. A. Lighting Panel B 240V in Basement. B. Three phase electrical panel 400V in Basement. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard {29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii)}, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1363507, Citation Number 04, Item Number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/05/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1675 7th Street, Oakland, CA 94615.
