29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: On or about November 7, 2017, and at times prior to, employees were exposed to electric shock hazards where the water compressor was receiving power from an electrical installations outdoors. The cover to the junction box was not effectively closed and the electrical wiring was exposed to the elements.
