29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings are not protected from abrasions: a) The employer does not ensure the electrical conductors entering the 240v electrical outlet box for the MMT Notcher Saw are protected from abrasion. This violation was most recently observed on October 12, 2016, when an employee was observed operating the MMT Notcher Saw. To abate this violation, the employer must ensure electrical conductors are protected from abrasion. A & D Wood Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.305(b)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 108854, citation number 1, item number 5b and was affirmed as a final order on May 3, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 112 Ward Street Elida, Ohio 45807. A & D Wood Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.305(b)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 993582, citation number 3, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 9, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at 112 Ward Street Elida, Ohio 45807.
