29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a. At the time clock room, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, an extension cord was used in place of fixed wiring and was run through the wall to provide power to the beverage machine located outside the room, on about 03/18/2015. b. Trim saw area, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, a red extension cord was used in place of fixed wiring to provide power for tools and equipment near the saw, on or about 03/18/2015.
