29 CFR 1910.213(h)(1): The sides of the lower exposed portion of the blade of radial saw(s) were not guarded to the full diameter of the blade by a device that automatically adjusted itself to the thickness of the stock and remained in contact with the materials being cut: a) Wood shop area: The bottom section of the Delta radial saw cutting blade was not guarded on one side; on or about 2/5/15. Repeat: Sterling Seating, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.213(h)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number, 314674532 citation number 1, item number 13 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/20/12, with respect to a workplace located at 9 Porete Ave, North Arlington, NJ 07301.
