29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) Post Mill #2 Morbark Peeler, the front cover is missing from the 480-volt electrical junction box, exposing employees to electrical hazards. b) Maintenance Shop, the front cover is missing from the 110-volt pressure switch on back of the air tank, exposing employees to electrical hazards. c) Saw Mill, the front cover is missing from the 480-volt electrical junction box, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Dupont Yard, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 931983, citation number 2, item 03 and was affirmed as final order on August 22, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 277 Landmark Rd., Homerville, Georgia. The employer fails to assure that electrical boxes are provided with covers as required by the standard, as demonstrated on October 21, 2014, when employees were working in the facility at 277 Landmark Road, Homerville, GA 31634, exposed to electrical hazards resulting from missing box covers. Dupont Yard, Inc. previously committed a willful violation of this standard on August 19, 2013, with respect to a workplace at 277 Landmark Road, Homerville, GA 31634, which became a final order on August 22, 2014 (Inspection No. 931983).
