29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (a) On or about September 6, 2023 - Assembly, safety data sheets were not maintained for hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Ammonia and Clorox. Dean Sausage Company, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1641623, citation number 2, item number 7b and was affirmed as a final order on 6/8/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3750 Pleasant Valley Road, Attalla, AL 35954.
