29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At a worksite located at 12650 Manchester Ave, Grandview, MO 64030: The employer is failing to protect employees from the health hazards associated with asbestos. This was demonstrated on or about June 3, 2022, and at times prior to when the employer did not implement a hazard communication program that listed the chemicals being used onsite, including Class II asbestos. The employer Troy Murdock was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1101(j)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1357388, citation number 1, item number 15b and was affirmed as a final order on June 1, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 137 Hale Liberty, Manhattan, KS 66506.
