29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a) Shop area: On or about March 30, 2022, and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that employees were not provided with safety data sheets for the chemicals they used, such as but not limited to; primers, adhesives, and granite sealant.
