At this facility located at 1125 Cranleigh Ave, Deland, Florida; On or about April 14, 2021, the employer did not provide information and training to all employees working with various chemicals such as but not limited to denatured alcohol, propane, acetylene, oxygen, etc. at the time of their initial assignment, exposing employees to burns and health hazards.
