29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question: Location: 104 S. Division St Peekskill NY 10566 a) On or about September 18, 2019, employees were working on a 4 level scaffold, exposing employees to a fall of approximately 20ft due to the employees who erected the scaffold not trained by a competent person. The Ecua G. Carpentry & Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.454(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1374494, citation number 1, item number 7b and was affirmed as a final order on 6/18/19, with respect to a workplace located at 31 Post Place Harrison NY 10528.
