29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(1)(ii): The employer did not include asbestos in the program established to comply with the Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) (� 1910.1200, did not ensure that each employee had access to labels on containers of asbestos and safety data sheets, did not ensure hazard communication training on asbestos in accordance with the provisions of the Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200 as well as paragraphs (k)(9) and (10) of this section. The employer did not provide information on at least the following hazards: Cancer and lung effects. At a worksite located at 12650 Manchester Ave, Grandview, MO 64030: The employer is failing to protect employees from the health hazards associated with asbestos. This was demonstrated on or about June 3, 2022, and at times prior to when the employer did not ensure that the hazards and information regarding the hazards of asbestos were included in their hazard communication program. The employer Troy Murdock was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1101(j)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1357388, citation number 1, item number 15a and was affirmed as a final order on June 1, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 137 Hale Liberty, Manhattan, KS 66506.
