29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a. At this facility, located at 1125 Cranleigh Ave, Deland, Florida; On or about April 14, 2021, the employer had not developed nor maintained a written hazard communication program consisting of a written program, SDS sheet and employee training for chemicals used in the workplace for chemicals such as but not limited to denatured alcohol, propane, argon, acetylene, etc.
