29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: Location: 104 S. Division St Peekskill NY 10566 a) On or about September 18, 2019, employees were working on a 4 level scaffold, exposing employees to a fall of approximately 20ft due to the employees not being trained on hazards associated with scaffolds. The Ecua G. Carpentry & Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.454(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1374494, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/18/19, with respect to a workplace located at 31 Post Place Harrison NY 10528.
