29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) For employees working at 5127 Bloomingdale Avenue in Tampa, as observed on or about 24 September, 2014. Employees were getting ice from the ice machine located in the north pipe shop break room area. The power supply cord for the ice machine located in the north pipe shop was missing strain relief.
