29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1)(i): The manufacturer's name, trademark, or other descriptive marking by which the organization responsible for the product was not identified on the electrical equipment: Maintenance Shop, Work Bench: On March 4, 2014, and at times prior thereto, employees used an in-house made piece of electrical equipment which consisted of a four-plug outlet box and an extension cord ran permanently from it to another four-plug outlet box. There was no label on the outlet boxes with the manufacturer's name, current, or wattage.
