29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: On or about January 21, 2014, the employer did not ensure that containers were labeled with the identity of the chemical. Unlabeled containers were located on the Bander 600 machine and contained machine oil. PACKAGING CORPORATION OF AMERICA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, (1910.1200(F)(5)(ii)), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER (893779), CITATION NUMBER 02, ITEM NUMBER 007(b), AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON (09/24/2013), WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT (N9090 CITY ROAD EAST TOMAHAWK, WI 54487).
