29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): All respirators shall be stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals, and they shall be packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: (a) Gold Plane Custom Cabinets, LLC, 11170 Irma Drice, Northglenn, CO 80233: On and before June 13, 2013, the employer did not ensure that the 3M tight-fitting, half mask respirators and the organic vapor cartridges were stored in a location that was removed from damaging chemicals. The respirators and cartridges were stored in the coating area where they were exposed to organic vapors from various coatings and solvents. This condition potentially exposes employees to organic vapors resulting from respirator damage and adsorption of the vapors onto the chemical cartridges.
