29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure; (a) Kill Plant - On or about September 18, 2012 a FS metal duplex receptacle running from 110 volt panel box on the north wall of the maintenance shop was used in place of permanent wiring for the rotary knife sharper.
