29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7): The alternative method in lieu of affixing labels to individual stationary process containers did not identify the container to which it is applicable and did not convey the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6) a) ODDS Area; On or about December 13, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to health hazards, in that employer did not ensure bags were affixed with labels, while employees engage in activities such as, but not limited to, pouring, processing, and bagging raw materials needed for EcoTherm� Yellow Alkyd Thermoplastic and TuffLine� White Alkyd Thermoplastic production.
