29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: a) On or about 10/18/2023 at 216 Rojan Road near Clearview Meadows, Dover, DE 19901: Employees used portable ladders that did not extend three rungs or more above the upper landing surface. The Miguel Nunez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1675325, citation number 01004, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/11/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 19-00 Pollitt Dr, Fair Lawn NJ - Building C1.
