29 CFR 1926.701(b): Reinforcing steel. All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and into which employees could fall, shall be guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement. Second level, Room 2 from the southwest: Two pieces of rebar did not have protective caps to cover the exposed ends. Employees were exposed to impalement hazards.
