29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: At the jobsite, the employer did not provide a training program with hazard recognition and avoidance training where employees were performing framing activities above 6 feet without fall protection and exposed to fall hazards at a heights of approximately 11 feet to the ground below. Ruperto Olvera Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1575259, Citation Number 3, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2022, with a final abatement date on February 18, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1725 Creek bluff Court Waxahachie, Texas 75165. Ruperto Olvera Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1528366, Citation Number 2, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 3, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1728 Vista Way, Waxahachie, Texas 75165.
