29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about August 27, 2020 and at times prior, at the Slider department, the drop ceiling cord used to energize a multi-plug, tools and equipment such as but not limited to the Kett Tools and Air King pedestal fans, was separated from the strain relief.
