29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) Tire Warehouse: On or about 2/3/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to physical hazards, in that the unused openings in the junction boxes and cabinets located throughout the facility were not effectively closed off exposing the employees to potential shock hazards or cuts and abrasions while working in a tire warehouse loading and unloading tires.
