29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a. On or about 08/01/2019, at the paver manufacturing and palletizing process areas, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that, extension cords were used in place of fixed wiring. Extension cords were providing power to fans and lighting at the process area and at the maintenance work bench area.
