29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): Work space was less than 30 inches wide in front of electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less: (a) On or about November 24, 2015 at a worksite located at 6010 North Port Washington Road, Glendale, WI 53217, the electrical circuit breaker panel in the back storage area was blocked by the placement of the cart containing merchandise and other items. Pier 1 Imports (U.S.), Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 427572, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/27/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 211 East Flatiron Circle, Broomfield, CO, 80020.
