29 CFR 1926.451(e)(9)(iv): Cross braces on tubular welded frame scaffolds were used as a means of access or egress. a) Exterior of Building - Scaffold: Employees were exposed to a fall hazards of approximately 30 feet while engaged in masonry activities from a welded frame scaffold as they used the cross braces as a mean of egress, on or about 4/11/15. Galindo Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(9)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1004350, citation number 01, item number 05 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/3/15, with respect to a workplace located at 6-20 Plaza Rd., Fairlawn NJ.
