29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a. On or about May 20, 2015, the employer had placed a pallet of cardboard boxes in front of the electrical panel in the hall. The cardboard boxes were moved before the walkaround was completed. b. On or about June 11, 2015, the employer had placed cleaning equipment in front of electrical panels located in a small passageway. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
