29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: (a) On or before May 04, 2015, the Dewalt pedestal grinder located in the MTC shop had a periphery guard which exceeded one-fourth inch. (b) On or before May 08, 2015, the Baldor pedestal grinder located in the Caster area of the Harrison Rolling Mill Ave., SW, had a periphery guard which exceeded one-fourth inch. The TimkenSteel Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR. 1910.215(b)(9), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 462358, citation number 01, item number 05 and was affirmed as a final order on July 01,2013 with respect to a workplace located at 2401 Gambrinus Ave., SW, Canton, OH 44706.
