29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse. a) Storage warehouse area- Boxes containing merchandise were stacked and were not stable to prevent them from accidentally sliding or collapsing; on or about 1/7/15. Repeat: Sterling Seating, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.176(b) which was contained in OSHA inspection number, 314674532 citation number 1, item number 8 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/20/15, with respect to a workplace located at 9 Porete Ave, North Arlington, NJ 07301.
