29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. a. On or before May 20, 2015, near picker 3, in feather removing room located in first processing, the flexible cord exiting the on and off switch was not provided strain relief to prevent pull. b. On or before May 20, 2015, in evisceration located in first processing, by USDA inspector station #2, the flexible cord exiting the fan was not provided strain relief to prevent pull. c. On or before May 22, 2015, in evisceration, chiller rehang table, located in first processing, the flexible cord exiting the chiller rehang table box was not provide strain relief to prevent pull.
