29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1): The chemical manufacturer, importer, or distributor did not ensure that each container of classified hazardous chemicals leaving the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(vi): At the facility, the employer failed to ensure that each 50-pound bag of hazardous chemical including, but not limited to, Rid, Super Rid and Supreme were appropriately labeled with e.g. Signal Word, i.e., Danger or Warning, Hazard Statement(s), Pictogram(s), the precautionary statements are broken out into, "Prevention", "Response", "Storage" and "Disposal," before leaving the workplace. Nu-Way Products Company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1398649, citation number 2, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 08/21/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 220 Garrison Avenue, West Memphis, AR 72301.
