29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: On or about March 8, 2019, employees voluntarily used tight-fitting half-mask respirators to protect from drywall sanding and concrete dust and they were not aware of the safety, health, and hygiene factors that ensure proper use of the masks because the employer did not provide the employees with the following information presented in Appendix D.
